AI source cleanup for enterprise

AI answer quality was clearly degrading as enterprise knowledge bases filled with duplicate and conflicting entries. After our PM departed, I led the team through discovery and concept exploration for a cleanup tool. I executed final design and guided engineers through implementation and tracking.

A FinTech startup had promised a Beta in three months, but had only done some initial concept research. I led 0→1 design end to end to engage, educate, and guide advisors through transactions in a way that matched how they think.

QuickBooks had scaled by making their system for accounting seem more simple than it really was. I was tapped to lead an ambitious, multi-quarter initiative to add temporary guardrails and clean-up tools, and overhaul the core framing.
