My journey began early, teaching myself to build simple apps in elementary school in Austin. In Houston, I expanded my skills in software and web development, cultivating a passion for exceptional software experiences. This led to my first professional role as an Associate UX Designer at a WPP Agency in Washington, DC. I learned a ton and had the priviledge of leading many different types of UX projects.

After a while, I wanted to better understand the impact of my work and continue to enhance products over time, so I transitioned to working in-house with product teams. I was soon recruited to the Bay Area, where I worked for companies like User Testing, Intuit, and Verizon, owning UX strategy and end-to-end design.

I now live with my beautiful wife and two boys out in the Ozarks, near family. I have been working remotely in full-time leadership roles for the last 5 years, helping growing startups Elementum, Opto, and Tegus.
